I have purchased 4 or 5 kits and have not had a problem with any of them. I have a set in fog lights mounted on the front bumper of my 1983 cj7 wrangler , the ballest are mounted behind the bumper and made it thru white out snowstorms, road salt , and alot of rain , and they still turn on and off like new.
